I tried ordering a shirt from officialbandshirts.com, i expected the checkout to be straightforward. Instead, it froze twice right after I entered my card details, then kicked me back to the cart like nothing had happened.

What annoyed me most was not knowing whether the order actually went through or not. I figured there’d at least be a clear error message or some easy way to retry, but there wasn’t. After a few attempts, I just gave up.

I ordered a shirt the delivery wasn’t nothing to brag about. I barely got any proper updates, kept waiting around, and it showed up way later than it was supposed to. I ain’t ordering from here again.

The shirt itself was totally fine, but the bag showed up ripped, which Wasn't great. Not a huge deal, but I expected the packaging to hold up a little better.

I ordered a band tee from officialbandshirts.com, the sizing was pretty much what I was hoping for. I got a medium, and it fit like most of my other medium shirts, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to deal with returns or emailing support again.

It wasn’t super tight, and it didn’t have that weird extra-long fit some shirts have. I washed it once, and it shrunk a tiny bit, but not enough to mess up the fit.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the size chart did help, but I wish it had a little more detail about the actual fit. Still, I’m glad it worked out without turning into another whole customer service thing

A few days later, I got one of those generic automated emails saying it actually wasn’t available and couldn’t be shipped. No real explanation, just the usual robot message like that somehow makes it less frustrating.
Seems like their stock system isn’t being updated properly, which is annoying. Wasted my time, and now I have to go hunt it down somewhere else. I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again.

I really wanted to like this shirt, but the fabric feels awful. It’s rough and kind of scratchy, even after I washed it, so... yeah, not great. I’ve washed it twice already and the print still looks great!! Happy with how well it’s held up.
